Core Responsibilities
Variance & Data Analysis: Analyzing financial statements to identify budget vs. actual discrepancies, operational inefficiencies, and cost-reduction opportunities.
Reconciliation & Auditing: Performing regular general ledger reconciliations to protect data integrity and supporting internal/external audit preparation.
Financial Reporting: Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial packages (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow) in compliance with GAAP or IFRS standards.
Forecasting & Budgeting: Assisting management in constructing operational budgets and long-term financial forecasts.
Process Automation: Streamlining closing workflows and automating data collection through modern financial tools.
