 This role provides back-up support for all key functions within the department (Credit Card support and Centralized Sales Audit)
 Records and reconciles activity in Credit Finance. Supports subledger and general ledger validation processes.
 Processes accounting entries, month-end closing activities, account reconciliations and /or other operational tasks as assigned.
 Analyses and completes projects assigned, to improve processes and provide insights to the business.
 Works under general managerial guidance to provide back-up support for all key functions within the department.
 Handles problems of medium complexity. Communicates with management when a problem exists and recommends alternatives for problem resolution.
 Presents ideas for ongoing process improvements to managers and initiates, implements and measures such initiatives upon sign-off.
 Provides cross-functional coordination and subject matter expertise for Shared Services departments and IT in the development, testing and implementation of projects to ensure effectiveness and proper adherence to accounting policies and procedures.
 Works under the supervision of managers to develop and enhance metrics and other reporting and monitoring tools as needed.
