Job role: Accounts ExecutiveJob Location: Soladevanahalli-BengaluruIts a contractual role for 1 YearShift: Day shiftInterview Mode: Face to Face JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsibilities: The role demands the following responsibility, but is not limited to:● Manage all day-to-day accounting transactions (payments, receivable, expenses, payroll, reimbursements, etc.)
● Generate PO’s, and track payments.
● Reconcile sales data, accounts payable and keep all files up to date.
● Publish financial statements on time and in alignment with statutory timelines
● Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings
● Ensure timely bank payments and track cash flow activities
● Compute taxes and prepare/submit tax returns (GST, TDS, etc.)
● Coordinate with external vendors, auditors, and government authorities as needed Knowledge:
● Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
● Experience with ZOHO Books or OODO.
● Proficiency in MS Excel, especially pivot tables, and other data validation tools
● Certification is a bonus
