- Manage day-to-day office administration and facility operations.
- Coordinate housekeeping, security, pantry, office maintenance, and support services.

Vendor Management & Procurement
- Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, facility services, maintenance, and support requirements.
- Obtain quotations, conduct comparative analysis, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Raise purchase requisitions and coordinate procurement of office consumables and assets.
- Monitor vendor performance and service quality.
Asset Tracking & Asset Management
- Maintain records of company assets including laptops, desktops, printers, mobile phones, furniture, and office equipment.
- Manage asset issuance, transfer, return, and disposal processes.
- Conduct periodic asset verification and physical audits.
- Maintain updated asset registers and employee asset allocation records.
Vehicle Management
- Manage company-owned and hired vehicles.
- Monitor vehicle documentation, insurance, permits, PUC, servicing schedules, and renewals.
- Coordinate vehicle allocation for employees and business requirements.
- Track fuel consumption, maintenance costs, and vehicle utilization.
Travel Desk Management
- Coordinate employee travel bookings including flights, trains, hotels, cabs, and local transportation.
- Prepare travel itineraries and ensure timely travel arrangements.
- Maintain travel expense records and vendor coordination.
- Support management and visiting clients with travel and accommodation arrangements.
AMC Management
- Maintain Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for office equipment and facilities.
- Track AMC validity, renewal dates, and service schedules.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance and breakdown support with vendors.
- Maintain AMC records and service reports.
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain administrative records, agreements, licenses, permits, and contracts.
- Ensure proper filing and document control (physical and digital).
- Support audits, inspections, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate license and statutory renewal activities.
MIS & Reporting
- Prepare monthly administration MIS reports and dashboards.
- Track administrative expenses and budget utilization.
- Maintain vendor payment trackers and service schedules.
- Generate reports using Advanced Excel and ERP systems.
