PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
HCP Interaction & Compliance
Plan and support HCP interactions for Education and Consultancy events in APAC.
Input HCP interactions into Steeprock once fully implemented.

Submit and assess FMV, allocate HCPs, prepare Statements of Work, and generate Master Service Agreements in line with
HCP Compliance policies.
Ensure alignment of HCP interactions with Medtech Code of Ethical Compliance regulations.
Produce audit reports for the Compliance Department.
Review HCP invoices and expenses for accuracy and input into payment systems.
Log and track HCP contracts and paperwork, following up as needed.
Medical Education Grants (MEG)
Coordinate MEG submissions and liaise with business divisions and submitters.
Ensure appropriate documentation is available for MEG panel review.
Produce Letters of Agreement for MEG and support MEG panel in maintaining compliance with Medical Education Grant
Integrity code.
Administrative Support
Analyze office management and administrative issues to develop solutions.
Interpret and apply standards, policies, and procedures.
Maintain effective working relationships with peers, vendors, and customers.
Perform administrative tasks: scheduling, meeting coordination, travel booking, calendar management, supply ordering,
expense reporting, file maintenance, correspondence, and report preparation.
Edit PowerPoint presentations as directed.
Follow up on paperwork/contracts for professional programs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate and communicate effectively across CMA, Marketing, and Sales teams.
Ensure compliance with HCP policy and legal education requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned in support of CMA objectives.
Coordinate and review new information for Steeprock implementation (e.g., IPP adaptations, FMV by region, mileage
regulations, template agreements).
Make decisions to implement improvements in Steeprock through collaboration with Legal, Compliance, CMA, and the US
team.
Provide training to ensure all departments are proficient in using Steeprock.
Promote user-friendly handling of Steeprock through direct interaction with HCP/HCO via calls, emails, and online
meetings.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Higher Education qualification preferred.
Essential Fluency in verbal and written English
SPECIALIZED SKILLS & OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
