    Key Responsibilities
    Workers Transport
    • Supporting with the HR team for manpower recruitment and identifying the potential routes.
    Communication Management
    • Mobile phone, Landline & Local communication;
    • Responsible for handling all Corporate CUG & Fixed Landline & telephone issues, review the ...
    plans and ensure that the payment is made on time.
    Transport Management
    • Handling of drivers and scheduling the driver’s duty roster.
    • All vehicles (Four wheelers and two wheelers) are maintained properly on daily basis.
    Maintaining vehicle audit process on daily, weekly and monthly basis for safety and ensuring
    the statutory.
    • Maintain and monitoring the vehicles, in case of any repair or problem the same has been
    sorted the same with the service centre (Authorized showroom only).
    • Ensure and updating the driver’s SOP.
    • Arranging of hire vehicle and acting driver whenever is required.
    • Maintaining the managing the vehicle request forms. The entire vehicle should allocate only
    with the proper request form or mail.
    • Monitoring & tracking of all vehicles.
    • Monitoring the renewals, renewing of vehicle Insurance, Fitness Certificate, pollution
    certificate, Road Tax, Green Tax periodically on time.
    • RTO: Liaisoning with RTO related works. (FC, Tax payments, Pollution Certificate).
    • SRICITY:: Co-ordinating with, SRICITY officials(Vehicle pass) for all company owned vehicle.
    • Maintenance of SRICITY RFID tag for MD, Director and CEO vehicles. Assist to other staff if
    required.
    • FAST-TAG: Maintain and monitoring properly the Fast Tag account (ZEN Sricity) for all the
    vehicles.
    Fuel management
    • BPCL Petro Card: Monitoring the vehicle petrol & diesel consumption and ensure the petro
    card (ZEN SRICITY) is maintained properly.
    • Monitoring and maintain the Zone to Zone trips and intercompany transfer utilizing the
    vehicle effectively to reduce the fuel cost.
    Security Management• Checking the Monthly Security bills (M/s. MAX Security Services Pvt Ltd) with the available
    attendance register, wage details and ESI, PF & ECR Reports.
    • Monitoring the security attendance by checking their daily In & Out time.
    • Verifying the Register maintained by Gate Security Personnel at time to time.
    • Monitoring the security duty roaster.
    • Carry out the daily, weekly, and monthly meeting with the deputed Security Personnel.
    • Arrangement and monitoring the pest control activities at Zen SRICITY
    • Monitoring all security system and ensure complaince
    Canteen Management
    • Conducting the food committee meetings once in 15 days.
    • Ensure the quality of food given to the employees.
    • Make the Surprise visits to the Vendor’s Kitchen and to ensure the hygiene of the food
    prepared.
    • Monitoring the food supplied count on daily basis.
    • Checking the staff canteen and worker canteen cleanliness activity.
    • Sending food samples to authorized testing Labs once in three months, to check the food
    adulteration / contamination.
    • Maintaing and adding all the food service, plates and vessel washing cost to the food
    contractor
    Printing & stationary General Supply Management
    Stock Inventory:
    • Purchase and maintaining the stationary, Housekeeping materials and grocery items.
    • General functions like Organizing ID cards & Visiting cards for staff.
    • Managing repair, maintenance & replacement of office equipment, furniture, vehicles, etc.,
    • Arranging uniforms for staff, supervisors. Coordinating with HO
    Housekeeping Management
    • Supervising and monitoring the House keeping worker and supervisor.
    • Checking the house keeping checking list on daily basis, weekly basis & monthly basis.
    • Checking the Rest Rooms, all floors and office area, ensuring clean environment & scheduling
    the cleaning activities and hygiene of the comp-lete plant periodically.
    • Monitor & maintain garden activities and scheduling the duty roaster for housekeeping
    supervisor.
    • Reducing the hosekeeping expences by introducing new technologies
    Postage & Courier Management
    • Monitoring and arranging the postage and courier to required department whenever
    required.
    • Courier arrangement to various departments sending through (Indian Postal, UBX and BLUE-
    DART).
    • Coordinate for the postal works (India post, UBX and Blue-dart) to dispatch the couriers to
    outstation.
