The AGM – Finance & Accounts will play a key leadership role in overseeing finance and accounting operations across its Indian and overseas businesses. This includes deep involvement in banking, trade finance, treasury, foreign exchange, regulatory compliance (GST, IT, FEMA), book closure, and ERP operations (SAP Business One). The role is ideal for a seasoned finance professional who is ready to take ownership and drive financial excellence in a dynamic, multi-jurisdictional business. Key Responsibilities
Finance & Treasury
- Manage banking relationships and handle fund-raising, working capital financing, and trade finance (LCs, bank guarantees, bill discounting).
- Lead treasury operations including cash flow planning, fund allocation, and forex risk management.
- Negotiate banking terms and ensure cost-effective utilization of financial resources.
Accounting & Reporting
- Oversee timely and accurate book closures (monthly, quarterly, annually) in line with Indian GAAP and group reporting norms.
- Lead financial consolidation and MIS for Indian and overseas entities.
- Ensure integrity of the accounting system, including reconciliations and audit trails.
Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure adherence to all direct and indirect tax requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, Transfer Pricing).
- Handle all FEMA and RBI compliances including ODI/FDI transactions, ECBs, and inter-company transfers.
- Interface with statutory and internal auditors, and manage tax assessments and filings.
