Role Overview ...
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on leader to build and scale our Product Management practice, drive AI Proof of Concepts (POCs) in collaboration with technology teams, and spearhead go-to-market (GTM) strategies for ZenseAI and AI solutions within AES. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of product leadership, AI/ML solutioning, and commercial acumen to accelerate our growth in the AI-native enterprise space.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Management Practice Build
- Establish and institutionalize product management frameworks, processes, and best practices across AES.
- Mentor and develop product managers and cross-functional teams to build a strong product culture.
- Define product strategy, lifecycle management, and roadmap alignment with business objectives.
- Set up governance, KPIs, and tools for measuring product success and outcomes.
2. AI POCs with Tech Teams
- Identify high-impact business problems suitable for AI/ML solutions.
- Collaborate with technology teams to design, prototype, and validate AI-based POCs.
- Translate business requirements into technical problem statements and ensure rapid experimentation.
- Evaluate outcomes and scale successful POCs into full-fledged products or solutions.
3. GTM for ZenseAI & AI Solutions
- Develop positioning, messaging, and value propositions for ZenseAI and related AI solutions.
- Partner with sales, marketing, and alliances teams to drive pipeline growth.
- Build client-facing collateral, demos, and narratives showcasing business value of AI solutions.
- Represent the AI portfolio with clients, industry events, and thought leadership.
Qualifications & Experience
- 12+ years in product management, solutioning, or technology strategy roles.
- Proven track record of building or scaling product management practices in tech or services organizations.
- Experience in AI/ML solution development, including leading POCs to deployment.
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT, cloud ecosystems, and AI platforms.
- Demonstrated success in GTM strategy, sales enablement, and client engagement.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
