Requirements:
- B. Tech / BE Mechanical or equivalent like B.com/B.Sc.
- Post-Graduation/ MBA in SCM will be added advantage
- minimum 7-8 years experience in medium size manufacturing industry with relevant experience in Vendor Management, Procurement/ Strategic Sourcing, Planning.
- Experienced in purchasing of direct & indirect material.
- Experience in handling both domestic & international vendors in a just in time production environment
- Experience in co-ordination of service providing vendors with effective manner.
- Understanding of compliances related to Procurement, GST, Logistics & audit records.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English. Local language will be added advantage.
- Ability to work independently with minimum guidance

- Strong sustainability vision and ethical morale.
Responsibilities :
* Have Experience in Procurement of parts for new projects, including, Electric Parts, Packaging, Print Media
* Ensure ontime part Procurement through structured project execution aligned to project milestones.
* Drive supplierbased part development using QCDD methodology to achieve: Quality compliance, Cost competitiveness, Delivery adherence, Robust development processes
* Coordinate with suppliers to achieve First Time Right (FTR) and Every Time Right (ETR) outcomes across all developed parts.
* Ensure effective crossfunctional coordination with Engineering, Quality, Projects, and Manufacturing teams.
* Manage documentation, approvals, and tracking through ERP and other digital platforms.
* Communication & Language
* Working knowledge of English, Hindi and Marathi (mandatory)
* Strong communication skills for supplier coordination and crossfunctional engagement
* Basic understanding of tax structures such as GST, VAT, etc.
* Cost awareness and ability to engage suppliers on cost and value discussions
