A. Electrical Production Planning & Control Develop and drive detailed micro-plans and resource deployment for the entire electrical installation scope (Tray ,Hanger & Penetrations, cable laying, equipment mounting & erection ). Monitor progress against the master schedule and manage resources using ERP/SAP to prevent production bottlenecks. B. HV/LV Equipment Installation Supervise the precision mounting, anchoring, and alignment of all major electrical equipment, including Main Switchboards, Emergency Switchboards, Power Panels, and Transformers, Consoles, PLC Cabinets & controllers , Electronic Display & Monitors , Transducers & Sensors , Automatic Starter & Switches, Main & Emergency Lighting accessories, Antenna & Scanners, Ensure earthing and connection procedures comply with technical specifications. C. Shipboard Cabling & Hook-up Take full charge of large-scale cable tray erection, cable pulling & dressing , tagging, glanding, termination & clamping for all power circuits (440V, 220V, 12- 24 D.C etc.). Ensure all terminations (crimps, lugs) are performed to the highest marine electrical quality standards before energization. D. Electrical Testing & Trials Lead all pre-commissioning checks, focusing on the electrical network: Insulation Resistance (Megger) testing, continuity checks, shore power connectivity, and load bank preparations. Provide essential support during the power-up sequence and Harbour Acceptance Trials (HAT). E. Regulatory Compliance Page 1 of 3 Version Rev:1 Date 01-OCT-2025 3 – Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities Ensure all electrical installation works adhere strictly to Class Society rules (IRS, DNV, LRS) and international standards (e.g., SOLAS electrical requirements). Coordinate joint inspections with the Quality Control (QC) department and Class surveyors, maintaining comprehensive test documentation. F. Field Management & QHSE Resolve all site-related technical issues pertaining to electrical installation. Enforce strict adherence to electrical safety protocols (LOTO, working at height, hot work) and all Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) standards across the E,E&I work area.
