Develop detailed micro-plans for machinery mounting, alignment procedures, and
ventilation/outfitting schedules. Monitor resource allocation (manpower, tools) and track progress
using ERP/SAP to meet production milestones.
B. Auxiliary Machinery Installation

Supervise the safe handling, lifting, and precision mounting of all auxiliary equipment, including
pumps, compressors, purifiers, sewage treatment plants, and auxiliary boilers. Ensure
foundation integrity and adherence to OEM installation procedures.
C. Machinery Alignment & Chocking
Directly manage the critical process of machinery alignment, including checking coupling
clearances and securing bases. Oversee the preparation and pouring of chocks (epoxy/metal) for
all major auxiliaries to ensure vibration-free operation and Class approval.
D. General Mechanical Outfitting & HVAC
Direct the installation of non-piping mechanical outfitting components, including ventilation ducts
and fans, exhaust systems, access ladders/gratings, and engine room safety equipment.
Ensure all mechanical interfaces for HVAC systems are correctly fitted and sealed.
