Key Responsibilities: 1. Product Research & Strategy: 1.1. Conduct qualitative and quantitative due diligence on investment products across MFs, PMS, AIFs, structured products, bonds & alternatives 1.2. Develop and maintain product notes, model portfolios, recommended lists, and thematic ideas aligned with client segmentation. 1.3. Identify new ideas and thematic opportunities aligned to client segments. 2. Investment Analysis & Reporting: 2.1. Track macroeconomic trends, earnings cycles, and sector dynamics to inform portfolio positioning. 2.2. Create and maintain model portfolios, monitor performance, and prepare periodic review decks. 2.3. Generate customized product / asset allocation proposals for high-net-worth clients. 2.4. Support the Investment Committee process by drafting IC memos, approval notes, and product documentation 3. Stakeholder Engagement: 3.1. Liaise with AMCs, PMS/AIF managers, and other product manufacturers to source ideas and build strong relationships 3.2. Coordinate with internal teams — RMs, IB / Alternates desk, and compliance to deliver end-to-end solutions 4. Compliance and Process Enhancement: 4.1. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements while maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive client information. 4.2. Support compliance teams in regulatory audits 4. Deep understanding of multi-asset investment products, portfolio construction, and risk assessment frameworks. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with financial software/tools (like Morningstar, Bloomberg, or similar) 5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to prepare investment notes and engage effectively with stakeholders. 6.
