Job Description
Conduct detailed and informative demonstrations of ophthalmology diagnostic (Anterior as well as Posterior) and surgical equipment to ophthalmologists.
Provide hands-on training sessions to ensure end-users are comfortable and proficient with the equipment.
Tailor demonstrations to address the specific needs and concerns of the requesting ophthalmologists, showcasing relevant features and benefits.
Conduct follow-up sessions to address any questions or issues that arise after the initial demonstration.
Work closely with the sales team to understand the needs and expectations of potential clients and customize demonstrations accordingly.
Assist the sales team in qualifying leads by providing technical insights and evaluations based on client interactions during demonstrations.
Be prepared to travel extensively across India to provide demonstrations wherever required.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the ophthalmology equipment, including technical specifications, usage protocols, and troubleshooting.
Stay informed about new developments in ophthalmology and related technologies to provide the most current information during demonstrations.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with ophthalmologists.
Address customer queries and concerns promptly and effectively, providing technical assistance and support as needed.
