Job Description: AR Caller (Denial Management)<p>Location: Hyderabad, Telangana (In-Office) Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Shift: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST (US Afternoon/Evening Shift) Transportation: No Cab Facility Provided (Self-commute required)</p><h3>Job Overview</h3><p>We are looking for an experienced and results-driven AR Caller specializing in Denial Management to join our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team. In this role, you will be the bridge between healthcare providers and US insurance companies. <p>ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:</p><p> </p><ul><li>Perform Patient AR analysis and check status by calling the Patient or web portal services.</li><li>Maintain adequate documentation on the Billing software to send necessary statements to the Patients.</li><li>Record after-call actions and perform post call analysis for the claim follow-up.</li><li>Perform analysis of accounts receivable data and understand the reasons for the delay in patient’s responses.</li><li>Process patient patients on the phone.</li></ul><p>PREFERRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:</p><ul><li>Experience in Patient’s accounts receivable follow-up.</li><li>Fluent verbal communication abilities.</li><li>Strong Experience in Calling Patients to discuss pending bills.</li><li>Willingness to work continuously in night shifts.</li><li>Prior experience of working in a medical billing company and use of medical billing software.
