Architect – High-End Residential<br />For over 23 years, we have delivered landmark residential projects across the globe.<br />We are seeking a highly skilled  Architect to join our growing international team, with<br />strong technical expertise and experience in luxury residential projects.<br />Responsibilities<br /> Prepare detailed technical drawing packages with precision (using Revit and<br />AutoCAd) <br /> Design bespoke joinery, kitchens, bathrooms, and interior architecture details.<br /> Specify fittings, and materials.<br /> Coordinate drawings and information with MEP engineers, lighting designers,<br />and consultants to integrate services seamlessly <br /> Review shop drawings <br />Requirements<br /> 5years’ experience + as an Architect with a proven track record in high-end<br />projects preferably residential but hotels as well. <br /> Strong technical skills (AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Suite).<br /> Excellent detailing, joinery, and specification knowledge.<br /> Understanding of MEP and services integration within interior design.<br /> Strong communication and client-facing skills.<br /> Use of AI tools very advantageous as well<br />Why Join Us<br /> Opportunity to see your designs realised in landmark residential projects.<br /> Exposure across the full project lifecycle, from concept to completion.<br /><br />Join an international practice with a reputation for quality and detail<h3>experience</h3>15
