Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets. 
- Execute daily market visits according to the Personal Journey Plan (PJP). 
- Conduct thorough market mapping to increase counter share and identify growth opportunities. 
- Ensure strict adherence to all field sales processes, including PJP, Daily Sales Reports (DSR), and Management Information Systems (MIS). 
- Drive profitability by achieving target contribution margins. 
Network Development & Management
- Conduct comprehensive mapping of the existing dealer and sub-dealer network. 
- Strategically improve and expand the overall dealer network. 
- Identify and appoint new dealers and distributors, providing dedicated support and handholding for the first six months to ensure their successful integration. 
- Increase the width and depth of distribution by expanding market reach and onboarding more dealers/distributors. 
- Identify and engage high-end dealers and retail counters to enhance sales volume. 
- Perform market mapping for both new and existing towns to identify potential growth areas. 
Commercial Management
- Ensure timely collection of all outstanding payments and overdue accounts. 
- Conduct monthly balance confirmations with all business partners. 
Process Adherence
- Ensure complete and accurate adherence to all established sales processes. 
- Submit Personal Journey Plans (PJP) regularly and as required. 
- Submit Daily Sales Reports (DSR) accurately and on time.
