We are looking for a Assistant / Supervisor – E-commerce Operations to support day-to-day operational activities related to online order processing, shipment coordination, and customer service support. The candidate should have basic experience handling e-commerce platforms and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and process daily e-commerce shipments received through various branches and hubs.
Coordinate with branch and Operation teams for timely Shipment dispatch and delivery.
Track shipments and update order status in the system.
Handle customer queries, returns, and RTO requests related to online orders.
Maintain proper records of orders, dispatches, and inventory updates.
Ensure accuracy in order processing and documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues.
Support daily reporting and MIS related to e-commerce operations.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and order management systems
Good communication and coordination skills
Good knowledge of MS Excel / MS Office
Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
Problem-solving and attention to detail
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline (must have passed 10th and 12th from a regular, recognised state or central board).
1–2 years experience in E-commerce operations / logistics operations
Candidates relocated from their home state and willing to work at the assigned location will be preferred.
