 Experience working with an IPO-listed company or hands-on involvement in the
IPO process.
 Support IPO readiness, due diligence, financial disclosures, and regulatory

 Liaise with auditors, legal advisors, investment bankers, and regulatory
authorities.
Treasury Management
 Manage treasury operations, banking relationships, and cash flow.
 Monitor working capital and optimize fund utilization.
 Drive financial risk management and investment planning.
Taxation & Statutory Compliance
 Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, and other statutory
requirements.
 Oversee timely filing of returns and statutory payments.
 Handle tax assessments, notices, and regulatory audits.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
 Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance & Accounts team.
 Partner with senior leadership to support strategic business decisions.
 Drive continuous process improvement and operational excellence. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Digital Transformation & AI
 Drive automation and digital transformation initiatives within the finance function.
 Leverage AI-powered tools for reporting, analytics, forecasting, and process
optimization.
