Key Responsibilities -Business Planning & Performance Monitoring -* Support annual, quarterly, monthly, and rolling planning exercises. * Track business performance against plans and identify key variances and improvement opportunities. PMO & Governance -* Maintain action trackers arising from management reviews and strategic initiatives. * Monitor progress, highlight risks, delays, and support timely closure of action items. MIS, Dashboarding & Analytics * Prepare and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and management reports. * Analyze data to generate actionable insights and support decision-making. Executive Reporting -* Support preparation of leadership presentations, review packs, and executive summaries. * Ensure timely, accurate, and consistent reporting across stakeholders. Cross-Functional Coordination -* Coordinate with various departments for timely collection and validation of business data. * Drive follow-ups and support alignment between planning and execution teams. Desired Candidate -Profile Education * B.E. / B.Tech * MBA preferred * Engineering + MBA combination will be an added advantage Experience * 2 to 6 years of relevant experience. * Exposure to Manufacturing, EPC, Engineering, Infrastructure, Industrial Projects, Heavy Fabrication, or related sectors preferred. Technical Skills - Must Have * Strong analytical and quantitative skills * Advanced Microsoft Excel* Dashboarding and reporting experience * PowerPoint presentation skills * Experience in data analysis and performance tracking Technical Skills - Preferred * Power BI * SAP exposure * Experience in planning, performance management, PMO, or business analytics functions.
