Responsibilities Develop and implement communication plans along with external vendors and
agencies (media, website, and design) in alignment with communications strategy
for the Organization.
Lead social media campaign strategies and manage the content calendar.
Plan and oversee the creation of engaging and relevant content across multiple
platforms, including articles, reports, letters, websites, social media, email
campaigns, and other communication channels.
Ensure that all content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with the
organisation’s values.
Coordination with external vendors and agencies (media, website, and design),
managing end to end invoicing process along with the internal finance team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, gather data
and integrate content into overall communication plans.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather information and
insights for content creation.
Develop and manage editorial calendars to ensure timely and consistent content
delivery.
Monitor and analyze the performance of content across different channels,
utilising analytics tools to assess engagement and make data-driven
improvements.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance organisational
communication effectiveness.
Provide administrative support, such as maintaining calendars, maintaining
repository of comms assets, databases, agency contracts, project trackers,
