Job Decription -
- Oversee shipments from dispatch to delivery confirmation
- Coordinate with logistics partners and internal teams for on-time deliveries
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism
- Set up feedback loops to improve service quality
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, agreements, and shipping documents
- Ensure compliance with company policies and external regulations
- Monitor VMI inventory at customer sites and manage replenishment schedules
- Collaborate with supply chain and procurement teams to optimize inventory flow
- Participate in EDI-related projects to improve data exchange and process automation
- Prepare regular reports on service performance and customer satisfaction
