* Ensure effective coordination with Production, Dispatch, Stores and Materials for smooth execution of
production and dispatch plans
* Analyze Plan vs Actual Gaps and implement corrective actions through improvement in planning
* Ensure Timely & Professional customer communication related to production status, delivery commitments
and schedule changes.
* Build Customer Confidence by proactive communication and execution reliability* Act as Customer representative for production status updates and delivery commitments
* Ensure compliance to QMS / IATF systems, safety standards and Oracle ERP transaction discipline.
* Drive Disciplined Follow-up mechanism for shortage & Dispatch priorities
* Prepare and review daily / weekly MIS related to production, OTIF, inventory and operational performance.

a) Technical / Managerial skills

* Strong leadership, problem-solving and customer communication skills.
* Ability to handle manpower, customer escalations and high-pressure production environments.
