Key Responsibilities
- Development of coating formulations.
- Testing and evaluation of alternative raw materials.
- Conducting literature reviews for formulation improvements and innovation.
- Preparation and laboratory testing of new formulations.
- Conducting pilot batches of newly developed formulations.
- Scale-up of formulations for commercial manufacturing.
- Coordination with production team during scale-up trials.
- Documentation of trials, reports, and technical data.
- Technical support and client visits as and when required.
