You will be the driving force behind optimizing our client's regional recruitment strategies. You will identify and partner with top-tier vendors, job boards, and platforms to source exceptional talent. You'll analyze hiring patterns, forecast future needs, and create insightful reports to support data-driven decision-making within the HR team. This role offers the opportunity to influence the entire recruitment lifecycle and make a significant impact on the company's growth.
Main tasks include
- Identify and engage with regional hiring vendors, job boards, and platforms.
- Analyze regional hiring patterns and forecast future talent needs.
- Consolidate and report on regional recruitment data monthly and quarterly.
- Ensure compliance with all recruitment processes and conduct regular audits.
- Manage bulk hiring initiatives.
- 8+ years of experience managing recruitment teams, with a focus on white- and blue-collar hiring.
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Experience with various recruitment platforms and technologies.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience using data to inform decision-making.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Deep understanding of recruitment compliance regulations.
- Experience managing bulk hiring projects.
- Experience in the retail or e-commerce industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL).
- Experience creating compelling reports and presentations.
