Compensation - 4L to 7.0L, We can stretch upto 7.50L for talent from high quality candidates
Job location : Bangalore.
Shift Timings -
- 6 Days working model, all 6 days from office, 1 rotational week-off as per rouster planning
- No cab facility, agents to manage their own transport
Interviews Process ( 1 Day )
- TA Screening
- Mettl Assessment (Cut-off: B2 / C1 / C2)
- Behavioural Assessment (to assess candidate customer centric, customer empathy and scalability)
- Hiring Manager Interview
- All discussions are in-person (Face to Face)
