- Actively coordinate with Odisha state and district departments to align project goals and facilitate smooth approvals
- Lead on ground operations, including extensive travel across Odisha for organizing job fairs, placement drives and candidate registration camps
- Engage directly with Self Help Groups (SHGs) and their federations to mobilize rural candidates and bridge the employment gap
- Synthesize detailed technical documents into concise executive summaries and draft formal government correspondence, high level presentations and daily progress reports
- Demonstrate data proficiency by managing project trackers, using basic Power BI for visualization and working with advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables and data cleaning)
- Initially join on a contract basis, with the possibility of regularization based on performance in this project specific role
- Possess a good understanding of the Odia language and the geography of Odisha
Requirement: Master in Rural Development/ MSW/MBA and 4-6 years of experience in the skilling or livelihood sector.
The ideal candidate should have a strong track record of lesioning with state government departments and skill missions along with expertise in organizing job melas and employers meet.
