- Acts as the expert on multiple complex financial areas in support of regional and global business unit activities, participating on a cross-functional team
- Leads and performs financial analysis for capital projects and investments and project authorization processes, providing financial data such as rates of return, cost projections and feasibility studies
- Delivers advanced business analytics for a region or Global Business Unit on a monthly basis, working across functions to gather, study and analyze financial data (such as cost margins, expenses and customer activity), analyze business performance and make recommendations for optimal profitability
- Develops quarterly budgeting and forecasting, providing financial data by category (eg, product line, product type) as directed by management. Prepares financial data for annual budgeting process
- Delivers advanced technical support for and may lead group-wide special projects requiring complex financial modeling, reporting and analysis
