Position Overview:
The Assistant is responsible for collecting, analyzing, projecting, and synthesizing information to ensure that commissions and provisions are calculated accurately and within the required deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Commission Calculations:Calculate commissions for various existing schemes based on provided HR and financial data.
Integrate corrective measures related to specific missions, secondments, guaranteed minimum variables, or prior-period corrections.
Review calculations and identified anomalies with the Social Management Control team.
Provide all calculation files and prepared import files before the initial payroll runs.
Adapt calculation templates to meet evolving needs based on changes to the schemes.
Will involve converting reports from french language to english with proper training.
Some of the document references may be in french, however with help of AI tools can be converted to english
Economic Performance Steering:Calculate accounting provisions related to commissions based on provided financial data and produce the corresponding reports.
Provide analyses on the evolution of commission volumes paid out based on business activity.

Education & Qualifications (Required and Preferred):
Bachelor’s degree preferred (B.Com or MBA Finance)
Staffing industry experience preferred
Experience interfacing with other teams and customers, providing positive customer experience, working through conflict or complex matters
Excel: Excellent mastery of Excel is essential for this role.
Technical Literacy: Proficiency in handling information systems and databases.
Shift: 1 PM to 10 PM IST
Supervisory Responsibility:
Provides guidance, leadership, or training to other employees (no direct supervision)
