• Oversees the day-to-day delivery of recruitment activities, ensuring sourcing, screening, and placement activities are delivered to agreed standards.

• Engages directly with hiring managers to clarify workforce requirements, translating them into practical recruitment strategies that balance speed and quality.

• Monitors recruitment performance metrics such as pipeline health, time-to-fill, and placement success, preparing reports that inform decision-making.

• Acts as the escalation point for candidate or client concerns, resolving complex issues quickly to maintain trust in the recruitment process.

• Provides coaching and feedback to recruiters, strengthening their skills in candidate assessment, client interaction, and process compliance.

• Implements process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and piloting digital sourcing tools to enhance productivity and scalability.

• Ensures strict compliance with internal policies, labor law, and data protection requirements in recruitment delivery.

• Collaborates with other delivery managers to share best practices and align processes across accounts.

• Good understanding of procedures and concepts within own discipline and knowledge of these elements in other disciplines

• Provides management and operational oversight to large and/or moderately complex business or technical support team members, potentially including work leaders
