Utilize & Train people on PPI tools and methodologies to help identify root
causes of problems and develop effective countermeasures.
 Support preparation of Business Requirement Documents for key initiatives which
require IT support, help document current processes, improvements, and
standard operating procedures (SOPs)
 Coach and guide teams on continuous improvement maturity and work closely to

 Preparing regular communications around PPI tools and support PPI related
