Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities
Planning/Strategy
- Assist in the planning, creation and delivery of Howden specific MS Office suite, AI platforms, IT systems and other projects as required, including ways of working to delegates Globally via classroom and virtually
- To learn how to utilise eLearning materials using a variety of applications (e.g. Adobe Captivate and Guidde)
- Maintain accurate training records/MI
- Maintenance of first line user support help functions
- Liaising with internal stakeholders and other organisations to search out areas for Business training support
Technical
- Delivery of MS Office suite to advanced level and other bespoke internal IT applications as required
- Practical experience of applying AI to work based solutions
- Ability to assess individual and Group needs
- Research (where required), plan and prepare/update new/existing materials
- Keep up to date with the use of new technology such as AI for delivery
- Conduct post training assessments to identify areas of improvement and transfer of knowledge
Personal
- Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple projects
- Operates in an honest, professional and ethical manner
- Strictly adheres to Group Employee Code of Conduct which strong aligns to the FCS's code of conduct
- Completes all relevant and required regulatory training
- Actively undertakes personal development to ensure an up-to-date knowledge of latest training methods
- Keeps up to date with latest regulatory and legal developments relevant to the Operating Entity/Group and role
Knowledge and Experience
- Essential - Prior training delivery experience (classroom and virtually)
- Essential - M365 core and online apps
- Preferable - Knowledge of AI incl. Copilot, Chat GPT and Claude
- Preferable - Insurance knowledge (preferably incl. London Market knowledge)
