- Conducts database searches, online sourcing, and CV screening to identify suitable candidates for recruiter review.
- Coordinates interview scheduling, candidate communication, and logistics for assessments, ensuring a professional candidate experience.
- Maintains candidate records in ATS systems, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness.
- Prepares candidate summaries and basic market research to support recruiters with client submissions.
- Communicates directly with candidates to confirm interest, availability, and key details, ensuring pipelines remain active.
- Supports onboarding by preparing and collecting candidate documents, contracts, and compliance records.
- Prepares sourcing reports, tracking volumes, timelines, and conversion ratios for recruiter monitoring.
- Assists recruiters in high-volume or urgent campaigns, ensuring consistent support and timely delivery.
