Education & Experience Credentials
* B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
* 15+ years of experience in electrical design, project leadership and datacenter operations
* 5+ years of proven director or VP-level leadership experience
* Demonstrated success building and scaling design organizations
* Mastery of TIA-942, Uptime and all international standards
* Advanced expertise across all electrical design tools and emerging technologies
* Strong strategic business acumen and C-suite experience
* Excellent executive communication and board presentation skills
* Proven track record of organizational transformation and talent development
