To lead the team for implementation of various operational excellence initiatives like Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, leading to Business Excellence. 4. Contribute significantly in Employee satisfaction and Customer Satisfaction. EXPERIENCE: 1. Minimum 12 - 25 years' experience, out of which 5 years of proven track record at Sr Management level in a fast growing world class fastener manufacturing organization 2. Exposure to fasteners, operations, manufacturing, Vendor development, sales and support functions A) Technical: 1. Knowledge of fastener manufacturing & latest trends in operations management 2. Exposure to fastener processes like Hot Forging, Heat Treatment, Machining, Thread Rolling, different Coatings. B) Managerial: 1. Team player with proven leadership qualities. 2. Strategic planning and implementation capabilities. 3. Strong Analytical skills &data orientation
