We aim for transparency and proactive cyber risk management. </p><p>The Cyber team is responsible for creating a consistent cyber culture across the Global Cyber team and driving the strategic uplift of cyber capability across the Woodside business. Our team partners closely with our CISO and Cyber teams, Cyber Service Line owners and our Digital Service Centre Lead team, with operations situated in Australia and North America to ensure safe, reliable global operations. We work together to maintain Woodside’s secure digital environment in support of our mission. </p><p>As an Associate Cyber Security Advisor in Bengaluru you will report to the Team Lead Cyber Risk and Compliance in Bengaluru and help shape Woodside’s global solutions and future capabilities. This is a technical role responsible for the delivery and continuous improvement of Cyber Risk and Compliance services, primarily (but not limited to):  </p><ul><li><p>Cyber Security Assessments (IT projects, suppliers, existing technologies and business processes). </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Cyber Advisory (establish and main effective relationships with key stakeholder groups, develop cyber security architecture patterns and guidance materials, articulate security standards and requirements during engagements supporting cross-functional technology and business teams). <br /> </p></li></ul><p> Duties & Responsibilities:  </p><ul><li><p>Engage early with projects to ensure secure-by-design principles are embedded and risks are managed in accordance with Woodside’s risk management processes.  </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Provide guidance to new technology initiatives, ensuring threats and risks are understood, security patterns are applied, and gaps are identified and transparently managed.  </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Champion cyber security to inform and influence service line managers and stakeholders to understand, own and manage cyber threats applicable to their platforms. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Support delivery and continuous improvement of global Cyber Risk and Compliance capabilities (People, Process, and Technology) -
