Sales & Customer Engagement
Customer Greeting & Consultation: Warmly greet all customers entering the showroom. Initiate and conduct consultative sales discussions to understand the customer's specific needs (e.g., source water quality, family size, budget).
Product Demonstration: Conduct compelling, interactive product demonstrations of A. O. Smith water purifiers (RO, UV, ProPlanet series, etc.), highlighting key features, technology (e.g., SCMT, mineralizer), and unique selling propositions.
Needs Matching & Recommendation: Based on customer requirements and water quality analysis (where applicable), recommend the most suitable water purification solution and its corresponding AMC/Service plan.
Achieve Sales Targets: Aggressively pursue and achieve individual and showroom sales targets (volume and value) for water purifiers and related accessories/services.
Transaction Management: Process sales orders accurately, handle cash/digital payments, prepare invoices, and coordinate with the store manager or logistics team for timely delivery and installation.
Showroom & Brand Presentation
Merchandising: Ensure all AO Smith water purifier displays, product signage, and promotional materials are clean, visually appealing, and up-to-date according to brand guidelines.
Inventory & Stock: Monitor and report on showroom product stock levels, ensuring the most popular models are always available for demonstration and immediate sale.
Asset Care: Take responsibility for the care and maintenance of all showroom assets, including demo units and sales tools.
Product Knowledge & Administration
Expert Knowledge: Maintain deep, up-to-date knowledge of all AO Smith water purifier specifications, purification technologies, competitor products, pricing, and promotional offers.
Lead Capture & Follow-up: Capture complete customer data (including walk-in inquiries that don't immediately convert) in the CRM system and execute follow-up calls or emails to nurture potential leads.
Market Feedback: Collect and relay competitive intelligence, customer feedback, and market trends to the Sales and Marketing management.
Adherence to Policy: Strictly follow all company policies regarding sales, pricing, discounts, warranty claims, and service bookings.
