We are seeking a proactive and professional Sales Promoter to join our team on a contract basis within the FMCG/Foods/Beverage industry in Gaya, Bihar. This role is ideal for an individual with a passion for sales and promotion, looking to contribute to our brand's presence in the market.
Responsibilities:- Conducting regular outlet visits to promote our FMCG/Foods/Beverage products.
- Implementing sales strategies to drive product awareness and uptake.
- Organizing and executing promotional activities within designated retail spaces.
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with store management and staff.
- Reporting on sales performance, market feedback, and competitor activities.
- Ensuring product visibility and adherence to merchandising standards.
- High School / +2 / Intermediate qualification.
- Up to 5 years of experience in sales and promotion, preferably within the FMCG sector.
- Demonstrated skills in outlet visits, sales techniques, and promotional activities.
- Strong understanding of sales and promotion principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work proactively and independently.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Gaya, Bihar.
