• 6+ years as a Business Analyst, BI Analyst or Strategic Analyst with a proven track record of designing and enhancing reporting instruments and analytics solutions within established data environments.
• 6+ years of report & dashboard development experience is required
• Experience in performing data transformations and standardization in reporting or analytics layers is required.
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory; you must be able to design complex data models, utilize advanced Power Query/Pivot, and build reusable transformation logic.
• Strong ability to use Generative AI as a tool to accelerate data preparation, generate insights, and refine analytical queries.
• Demonstrated skill in identifying the core questions stakeholders need answered and selecting the right data sources (Spend, Headcount, Contracts) to build a solution.
