Position: Business Development Manager – HoReCa
Location: Bangalore (to manage the South region)
Brief Summary: The HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafés) Business Development Manager is responsible for driving sales growth within the HORECA sector. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and building strong relationships with clients in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the HORECA market, excellent sales skills, and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the company's presence in the HORECA sector.
Account Management: Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in the hospitality industry, including hotels, restaurants, and cafés.
Sales Forecasting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports to track performance and make informed business decisions.
Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability while meeting customer needs.
Qualifications: Education: MBA in Sales & Marketing / MBA in Business Administration
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the HORECA sector at a managerial level with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Reporting To: National Director
Travel: (Percentage of travel %): Minimum 15 days in a month, within the city as well as inter-state travel
