We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Delhi. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to drive growth within the premium commercial interiors sector. Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial interiors market, focusing on high-end contract furniture, carpets, and related products.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with Project Management Consultants (PMCs), the Architecture & Design (A&D) community, and key corporate clients.
  • Lead the full sales lifecycle, from initial prospecting and presentation to final negotiation and contract closure.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to consistently meet or exceed aggressive sales targets.
  • Deliver high-impact presentations to stakeholders, showcasing product value and tailoring solutions to meet specific client needs.
  • Engage in proactive Client Relationship Management to ensure continued satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches and maintain a competitive edge in the Delhi market.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 to 12 years of professional experience in sales and business development, specifically within the high-end contract furniture or interior products industry.
  • Essential Networks: Established and active relationships with PMCs, the A&D community, and corporate clients in the region.
  • Skills: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Competencies: Demonstrated ability to thrive in a competitive, target-driven environment.
