Key Responsibilities
Provide attentive and compassionate care to children in the creche.
Ensure the safety, security, and well-being of all children at all times.
Monitor children's activities and maintain a child-friendly and secure environment.
Assist children with daily routines, including meals, rest periods, hygiene, and recreational
activities.
Report any health concerns, injuries, unusual behaviour, or emergencies immediately to the
supervisor and parents as required.
Support age-appropriate learning, recreational, and developmental activities.
Encourage positive behaviour, social interaction, and emotional well-being among children.
Assist in organizing indoor and outdoor activities under the guidance of the creche-in-
charge.
Assist in maintaining attendance records of children.
Support inventory management of toys, consumables, and childcare supplies.
Report any maintenance, safety, or housekeeping issues to the concerned department for
timely resolution.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Child safety and well-being.
Compliance with hygiene and housekeeping standards.
Parent satisfaction and service quality.
Timely reporting of incidents and concerns. Adherence to creche operational procedures.
Maintenance of attendance and activity records.
Educational Qualification
Minimum 10+2 (Higher Secondary) from a recognized board.Experience
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a creche, daycare center, preschool, school, hospital
childcare unit, or similar environment.
Experience in handling infants and young children will be preferred.Required Competencies
Basic childcare and child safety practices.
Knowledge of hygiene and sanitation standards.
Basic first aid awareness.
Record maintenance and reporting.
