Quality & Freshness Management
Implement quality standards for grading, sorting, packaging, and storage.
Ensure freshness, food safety compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Monitor shrinkage, wastage, and handling losses.
Vendor & Farmer Relationship Management
Build strategic partnerships with farmers, FPOs, and aggregators.
Develop vendor performance metrics and supplier development programs.
Conduct farmer training programs and increase direct procurement share.
Financial & Performance Management
Own P&L responsibility for F&V category. Monitor category KPIs such as:
