This role is within the Sales department of a leading company in the OTC Pharma industry. The DSR will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and market share within their assigned territory.
Position description / Job description- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets (Primary & Secondary) in terms of Value and Units of Business (UoB).
- Ensure product line availability across retail and distributor networks.
- Execute efficient beat planning to maximize territory coverage.
- Drive secondary sales through effective order generation from retailers.
- Maintain 100% secondary billing compliance.
- Collaborate with distributors for smooth order processing and inventory management.
- Identify and onboard new retail outlets.
- Strengthen relationships with existing retailers and collect market feedback.
We're looking for you, if:
- You have 2-3 years of experience in OTC Pharma sales from reputable companies (Dabur, Zydus, Nestlé, Abbott, etc.).
- You possess strong communication and negotiation skills.
- You have a deep understanding of secondary sales and billing cycles.
- You have excellent territory management expertise and market acumen.
- You are proficient in sales reporting tools and mobile applications.
- You hold a Bachelor's degree (B.Sc./B.Pharm/BBA preferred).
- You are fluent in the local language with basic English skills.
- You possess a valid driver's license and own a two-wheeler.
