We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Civil Engineer to join our Technical Services team. Responsibilities:- Assist in the daily oversight and coordination of on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to technical specifications.
- Collaborate with the project management team to monitor site progress and ensure all work meets defined quality standards.
- Provide technical support for site documentation, including tracking material usage and maintaining project records.
- Participate in the inspection of construction works to identify potential challenges and propose proactive, efficient solutions.
- Ensure all site operations are conducted in strict alignment with safety regulations and internal site management protocols.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and site personnel to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Support the preparation of technical reports and status updates for management review.
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
- Experience level: Maximum of 1 year, making this an ideal role for a motivated fresher.
- Strong foundational knowledge of civil engineering principles and construction site practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and handle multiple site responsibilities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to engineering challenges.
