Key Responsibilities
 Develop and implement strategies for large-scale land acquisition in line with project development pipeline.
 Identify suitable land parcels for renewable energy projects (wind/solar/hybrid).
 Conduct due diligence to ensure clear title, legal validity, and compliance with state and central regulations.

 Liaise with revenue, registration, and other government departments for land mutation, conversion, and clearances.

 Build relationships with local communities, government officials, and regulatory bodies to facilitate smooth land transactions.
 Ensure compliance with all legal, environmental, and statutory requirements related to land.
 Anticipate and mitigate risks related to land disputes, litigation, or regulatory changes. Qualifications & Experience
 Any Graduate/Postgraduate with 15-20 years of experience.
 Strong exposure to renewable energy (wind/solar) or large infrastructure/industrial projects.
 Excellent negotiation, communication, and people management skills.
 Proven ability to work with government authorities, legal teams, and local communities.
