• Deliver the CMC activities by achieving the agreed Quality Cost Delivery (QCD)
• Build and optimize the global CMC development plan with the CMC team members, according to the project objectives. 
• Manage all activities and action plans in line with QCD commitment.
• Ensure all activities follow standard processes (Project Management and Standard Operating Procedures).
• Ensure full transparency of QCD performance (including physical progress) at all times, in line with standard reporting requirements.
• Follow the CMC review cycle, highlighting main variances against the QCD commitment, initiating corrective actions and immediately informing the Project Director and CMC Project Office Head  where major deviations are seen.
• Follow the quarterly review cycle, providing a re-forecast “to complete” and update on all risks as required for Project Reviews.
• Participate to Core Team meetings, and in particular to Risk Sessions for risks that are in his scope.
• Actively work together with other function Leaders (and across the whole Project as required) to ensure the overall Project Performance.
• In the event that CMC scope varies (due to either internal or external changes), manage QCD commitment variations with the Project Director and the CMC Project Office Head (change analysis, cost estimation and formalization).
