- 7+ years working with ServiceNow CMDB in medium to large enterprises supporting 10,000 users+
- Strong understanding of: ServiceNow data model, CI classes and relationships, discovery patterns & probes, Service Mapping and dependency mapping
- Expertise in creating and managing data taxonomy, CI lifecycle, and inventory processes.
- Proven experience in integrating CMDB with infrastructure, cloud, and endpoint systems.
- Strong skills in data quality management, reconciliation rules, and governance frameworks.
- Knowledge of SACM (Service Asset and Configuration Management) best practices
- Strong understanding of IT Asset Management (ITAM) and its relationship with CMDB.
- Ability to partner with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
- Experience building dashboards using ServiceNow Performance Analytics or similar tools.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and application of AI in IT operations (e.g., anomaly detection, classification, enrichment).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to drive change across diverse technical and non-technical teams.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
