Responsibilities:- Operate and monitor Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machinery to produce high-quality parts according to technical specifications.
- Perform routine machine setups, tool changes, and adjustments to ensure optimal production efficiency.
- Conduct regular quality checks and inspections on finished components to ensure they meet established tolerances and standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with company health and safety protocols.
- Monitor equipment performance and report any mechanical malfunctions or maintenance requirements to the supervisor immediately.
- Document production activity accurately, including quantities produced and any downtime encountered during the shift.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet daily output targets and project deadlines.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and precision in all manufacturing tasks.
- Must possess an ITI (Industrial Training Institute) certification in a relevant technical field.
- Demonstrated proficiency in CNC operations and understanding of machining processes.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately.
