Stay updated with changes in taxation and financial regulations.
Audit & Compliance
Coordinate statutory, internal, tax, and GST audits.
Prepare audit schedules and maintain supporting documentation.
Ensure compliance with Companies Act, Accounting Standards, and
applicable financial regulations. Strengthen internal controls and ensure adherence to financial policies.
Financial Planning & Analysis
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
Monitor cash flow and working capital requirements.
Support business planning through financial modelling and profitability
analysis.
Provide financial recommendations to improve operational efficiency and cost
optimization.
Accounts Payable & Receivable
Monitor vendor payments, customer receivables, and reconciliations.
Ensure timely processing of invoices and expense claims.
Review payment cycles and maintain healthy cash flow.
Business Support
Partner with cross-functional teams on pricing, procurement, inventory, and
commercial decisions.
Assist leadership with financial due diligence, strategic projects, and
fundraising activities, where applicable.
Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities.Qualifications:
Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting preferred.
1-2 years of post-qualification experience.Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, GST, TDS, Income Tax,
and Companies Act.
Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, Busy, or ERP systems.
Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial analysis skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
