• Ensure the accuracy of the Actuals reporting packages delivered by our entities: review the working papersof the team and analysis of the balance sheet, income statement and/or cash flow statement
• Evaluate, recommend and implement action plans to improve the efficiency and effectiveness according toGroup IFRS accounting rules
• Provide support in the preparation of the quarterly earnings release, biannual and annual reports such as6K/20F for US filing & CSSF reports for European filing
• Assist and support the Company's with the various cross functional departments (mainly compliance,controlling, treasury, tax, investor relations, M&A)
• Technical accounting & IFRS support for the other consolidation team members
• Provide support towards our group external auditors, with the preparation of necessary internal Sox support(often as reviewer or eventually as preparer),

Must have:
* Accounting degree and/or certification required (Masters with accounting concentration, i.e.: ACCA or
equivalent)
* >8 years of experience of accounting experience with a strong understanding of IFRS (to be demonstrated
during the interview); audit background and/or consolidation are a plus
* SAP working knowledge is a plus (SAP Financial Consolidation or any other consolidation tool)
* Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally,
* Analytical skills: ability to identify and resolve issues
* Ability to meet deadlines and resolve issues in a timely manner
* Languages: English (native/fluent), any other language is an advantage
